Heimweg den Kn\u00f6chel vertreten und liegt mit einem k\u00fchlen Umschlag bei unserem Bus.<br>Alleine macht es gar nicht so viel Spa\u00df. Trotzdem steige ich ganz nach oben auf die Rocca zu den \u00dcberresten der Burg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex \/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Besonders sehenswert scheint mir das\u00a0 Gem\u00e4uer nicht, lediglich die m\u00e4chtigen Mauern sind erhalten und man hat einen sch\u00f6nen Ausblick auf die nahen Berge, Olivenhaine und die D\u00e4cher der alten Stadt. Diese ist allerdings wirklich sehenswert, ein Ausblick sch\u00f6ner als der n\u00e4chste. Die Urspr\u00fcnge von Burg und Siedlung gehen zur\u00fcck aufs 6. Jahrhundert. Es gibt sogar eine Kathedrale, denn Asolo war lange Zeit Bischofssitz und Exil der K\u00f6nigin Caterina Cornaro von Zypern, Armenien und Jerusalem. Bei einem Erdbeben im 17. Jahrhundert wurde viel zerst\u00f6rt und dann im Renaissancestil wieder errichtet. Die sch\u00f6ne Stadt lockte Dichter und K\u00fcnstler an.
