Ab 1. Juli darf man die Strecke bis Altenmarkt mit einem Boot befahren; in der ersten Jahresh\u00e4lfte ist der Fluss aus Umweltschutzgr\u00fcnden gesperrt, denn viele Wasserv\u00f6gel br\u00fcten in den Schilfg\u00fcrteln an den Ufern. Besonders ruhig geht es auf der ersten Teilstrecke bis Truchtlaching zu, der zweite Teil ab der Bootsrutsche beim Cambabr\u00e4u reizt uns da schon mehr. Sowohl Flie\u00dfgeschwindigkeit als auch Wasserstand sind so hoch, wie ich es bisher hier noch nicht erlebt habe. Wir durchfahren die ganze Strecke von etwa 16 Kilometern bis zur Wiese an der Aussetzstelle in der Laufenau vor Altenmarkt in rekordverd\u00e4chtigen zwei Stunden. Anschlie\u00dfend schwingen wir uns auf unsere Drahtesel, die wir bereits auf dem Hinweg in Altenmarkt abgestellt hatten, radeln zur\u00fcck nach Seebruck zum Auto und fahren damit dann das Kanu in Altenmarkt holen.
